At Five World, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy carefully before registering, as all registrations are subject to the terms below.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that no monetary refunds will be issued.
1. NO REFUNDS or credits
All event registrations, tickets, passes, classes, merchandise purchases, and related fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Travel issues
- Personal reasons
- Weather conditions
- Instructor or lineup changes
As we are only days away from Five World, all ticket sales are now final. Due to event planning, capacity management, and pre-event commitments, tickets are no longer eligible for refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you to Five World!
2. EVENT MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, instructor availability, force majeure events, or government restrictions.

- We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses.
3. TRANSFERS
Tickets are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another participant through 7/28/2026. Please email info@fivethelabel.com for more information.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Credit Policy.
